Wright Way to Success
We help people get job-ready, launch businesses, grow as professionals and take care of their well-being, so they can build skills, advance their careers and create success that lasts.
Our mission
Wright Way to Success empowers individuals through workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, professional development and wellness support, helping people build skills, advance careers and achieve long-term personal and economic success.
What we do
Success is more than a job offer. We support the whole person, from the first résumé to the first business plan to the habits that keep you going.
Practical preparation that opens doors and keeps them open.
Turning ideas and side hustles into real, sustainable businesses.
Growth for people who are ready for their next level.
Because lasting success needs a healthy mind and body behind it.
Our signature fundraiser
Some nights are just a party. This one changes lives.
Red Night Out started in Detroit in 2023 as a one-night bar crawl and has grown into a full weekend of events that brings together friends, Greek organizations, alumni and visitors, including all nine Divine Nine organizations.
Every ticket and every dollar raised supports community service projects led by Michigan college students and funds the Red Night Out Scholarship. Wear your best red, bring your people, and celebrate for a reason.
New for 2026–2027
The Red Night Out Scholarship is a new way to invest in the students who are already investing in their communities. It puts real dollars behind college students' goals, so they can focus on their studies, lead with purpose and keep giving back.
Apply online at rednightout.com.
Submit by 11:59 PM Eastern.
The Red Night Out team reviews every application.
Celebrated on Instagram and at Red Night Out.
